That’s one hell of an appealing challenge ;). Twice the thickness in disposables is something I’ve done a couple times, but twice the thickness in cloth is gonna take a bunch of custom-sewn XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXL cloth diapers! Well, it’s good to have a goal, right?
